Could i possibly still have head lice?

so i recently had lice i think i got rid of all of it. so anyways when i was at school today i was finger combing through my bangs and i liook down on my paper and i see a bug with 6 legs an oval on bottom and a tiny circle on top les than the size of a grain of rice and it wasn't brown or black it was silverish and i think i saw a bit of light green and it was alive cawing so i squished it. my head isn't itchy either and i just had my mom check my hair she said she didn't find anything....... i dunno do you think i still have lice because right now i'm feeling SO PARANOID AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
