Can you help me remember the name of a t.v. movie from the 90s?

I dont remember too much about it, only that this young, mentally challenged girl is kept locked up outside in a chicken coop by her father, two young brothers hear her screams and trespass on mean mans land and rescue her. the older brother and young mentally challenged girl fall in love, but his friends give him a hard time about it. one scene that really sticks out is where he takes her to a bridge and they scream out the name of a woman who supposedly committed suicide there. i think its a television movie, but im not 100% sure, if it is, its probably lifetime or something like that. any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!! :0)
