Whats the name of this kids TV show from a while back?

All I remember is that it has four or five super heroes, there was one of the villlians with a finger that comes out of his stomach and he has a cat. And they take bathes in cement? haha its sounds weird but I remember this show so clearly and the 2nd main character wore a red suit thing...And in one episode they had to save a chicken coop? NO I AM NOT INSANE
