Smackdown vs Raw 2011 issue?

4 sum unknown reason, my main CAW I usually use online is no longer listed when I scroll through the superstars 2 choose from online. I can still use him fine offline but online hes not listed on the roster at all? Has any1 else had this problem if so how do u fix it because I deleted his clothes, tats, and changed his moves so that they have no DLC moves involved and STILL didnt work
